Some manufacturers have simple design of internal air duct for cost reasons, which leads to poor ventilation effect.

 

At present, imported laser equipment is basically equipped with cutting fume purifiers as standard, and domestic brand manufacturers are also configuring some fume purifiers one after another, but most manufacturers are more casual, some only match an exhaust fan and directly discharge it without any dust removal, and some low-end cutting machines are not even matched with any dust removal system.

 

As people pay more and more attention to occupational health, and the government and industry organizations are also strengthening the regulation, the professional dust removal equipment for laser cutting will become more and more common.
