♦ Brushless fan, low noise operation
Brushless motor is used in power system, which has strong suction, convenient access to 220V power supply, stepless speed regulation and selection of air volume according to working conditions.
One of the biggest advantages of brushless fan is its low noise operation, which is stable and low noise. Through our special design, the wind pressure and air volume parameters are kept at a high level, and the maximum negative pressure can reach 10kpa.
Alloy wind wheel, with unique dynamic balance correction technology, makes the wind wheel run more stably and reliably, and has larger air intake.
♦ Control circuit, safe and reliable
The electrical system adopts advanced modular circuit board specially designed by our company, which can realize PWM stepless speed regulation function. Imported brands and materials are adopted for key components to fully guarantee the safety and reliability of operation.
In addition, when the filter is blocked, there will be an audible alarm function. Remind users to carry out dust removal or replace filters.
♦ Filter cartridge filtration, fine dust preferred
The filtering system adopts high-efficiency filter cartridges, which are made of imported base materials and treated with PTFE/ antistatic coating. The filters can be cleaned and reused, greatly reducing the use of consumables. It is the first choice for laser processing metal dust, and solves the problem that the plate and frame filter is easy to block.

The dust cleaning standard of the filter cartridge surface of FCJ series purifiers is equipped with an electric paddle vibration structure. Operators only need to press the dust cleaning button, and the built-in dust cleaning motor will automatically operate for dust cleaning.
♦ Industrial casters, easy to move
Industrial casters are easy to install. The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), the brackets are made of 2.5mm acid-washed plates with reinforcing ribs, the single 2-inch casters can bear 50kg, and the wheel surface is designed with lines to enhance the anti-skid performance.
